5 Reasons You Are Bloated All the Time

Hey Reader,

Do you find yourself bloated every week? Possibly multiple times a week? Or even everyday?

Maybe you dread going out with friends because you know you'll be bloated the entire night?

Or maybe you find yourself wanting to skip meals because you don't want to have digestive discomfort afterwards?

Or maybe you are eating the healthiest you ever have and you still are bloated nearly everyday?

After working with clients to address the root cause of their bloating, I have found that there are 5 common reasons they feel bloated all the time:

  1. Eating too fast & not chewing enough
  2. Low stomach acid production
  3. Unaddressed food sensitivities
  4. Distracted eating (watching TV, eating on the go, etc.)
  5. Infrequent bowel movements

Before you eat a meal try the following:

  1. Take a diluted apple cider vinegar shot 10 minutes before eating to increase stomach acid production (1TBSP with 4oz water)
  2. Eat at a table without distractions (no phone scrolling or TV watching)
  3. Take 3 deep (and slow) breaths before eating
  4. Chew 20-30x per bite while eating
